Welcome to ListenHB. By downloading, installing, or using the ListenHB application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the App.
By accessing or using ListenHB, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
ListenHB is a radio streaming application that allows users to listen to live broadcasts and archived recordings from the Hutterite Broadcast Network (HBNI). The App is available on iPhone, Android, Apple Watch, and Mac.
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose — listening to broadcasts. You agree not to:
The App, its design, code, and branding are the property of Hutterite Broadcast Network and its developers. Broadcast content is the property of its respective creators. All rights are reserved.
ListenHB provides access to third-party audio content streamed through HBNI servers. We do not control or take responsibility for the content of individual broadcasts. The views expressed in broadcasts are those of the broadcasters and do not necessarily reflect the views of the App developers.
We strive to keep ListenHB available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App depends on external streaming servers that may experience downtime, maintenance, or connectivity issues beyond our control.
On Apple devices, ListenHB uses Apple's iCloud Key-Value Store to sync your saved favorites. This data is stored in your personal iCloud account and is subject to Apple's iCloud terms of service. On Android, favorites are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your synced data on any platform.
ListenHB is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future, but will always maintain free access to core streaming functionality.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developers of ListenHB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
